Stylish Sisi Alert: Porsha Williams is a Stunning Bride in this Edo/Bini Attire

The reality star who got married to her boo, Samuel Guobadia, performed several wedding ceremonies, one of which is the Nigerian ceremony.


They performed what Nigerians call the traditional wedding ceremony. Theirs was according to Bini traditional rites. The Bini tribe is in the South-South region of Nigeria. They added this rite because Samuel Guobadia is a Bini man by birth.

She wore a beautiful red flamboyant wedding dress. The cut is the mermaid style with exaggerated bottom for extra drama. The dress which was designed by Lakimmy, has contrasting gold embroidery on one side of the bodice.

She wore a headpiece called the Okuku crown. This headpiece is worn by Benin/Edo brides on their wedding day. She adorned herself with a lot of coral beads. The original of these beads are of high value and are very expensive.

Her hubby Samuel wore white Bini traditional attire; a tailored shirt and skirt.
