The dress which has a high tie-back neck and a tiered maxi skirt, a similar version of this dress was spotted at fast fashion brand, "Forever Unique". The dress is their "Yellow Tiered Ruffle Maxi Dress". It went on sale for $132 here, which is about N92,400 right now. It is however, currently sold out.
