She wore this white polka-dot outfit by the Congolese Fashion brand Hanifa. At first glance, you'll think this outfit is your regular polka-dot, but it isn't. It's made from 3D cutout patterns that were laid onto black fabric. 

She wore these Aquazzura sandals, which have a cult following, and glammed up the look with this Hermes bag.
