The Andrea Iyamah SS27 Runway Event

Lagos Fashion Week 2026 is officially in full swing, and Andrea Iyamah was the first brand to showcase its creations—four days before the official start of fashion week.

The event, which also doubled as the celebration of the brand’s 15 years in existence, saw Fashion Tigers and Tigresses, including Osas Ighodaro (who was once the face of the brand), in attendance.

It was hosted at the exclusive Isiwi Resort, which is located in Lagos, Nigeria. The event was a blend of fashion, a serene environment close to nature in a resort, champagne, and exquisite cuisine prepared by Chef Eros.

Andrea Iyamah

Andrea Iyamah is one of Nigeria’s most celebrated fashion brands and exports, and it has always been a vibrant representation of African luxury—its SS27 collection is no different.

The brand, which has gained worldwide celebration and acclaim for its trendsetting style, has shown over and over again that the Andrea Iyamah brand is for the woman with a distinctive, sophisticated taste not only in fashion, but also in lifestyle.

The collection, which is called “Spirit in Exploration,” was previewed alongside the Fall 2026 Rooted collection. And it had all the trappings of the signature Andrea Iyamah aesthetic. From flowy, earthy designs to delicate lace and their beautiful swimwear, this collection has everything for everyone.

Now, for a girl who started her brand at 17, you can’t deny the fact that this brand has come a long way—and 15 years later, Dumebi Iyamah is still setting the global blueprint for African luxury.
